We moved here to downsize. Our home and location are the best possible situation for us. We have met so many like-minded people and are busy every day if we wish. Ever lonely? Just go for a walk - you will find someone to talk to. Adult lifestyle suits our retirement perfectly... feels like a resort! Volunteers are the heart of the community, and with all the different backgrounds, it makes for fun events.

We love Rosedale because as time goes by your neighbours and friends inside the community become brothers and sisters. Mutual respect grows here.

I enjoy living in a safe, gated community. I also love the layout of my house and feel that it was built with 'mature' residents in mind. Having snow and all outside maintenance done is also an excellent perk of Rosedale living.

The neighborhood is friendly. The Management Department and Security team try their best to handle situations and communicate concerns via email.

This is a lovely Community where you live in safety and lots of activity. Neighbours are like family and walking in the community is safe and enjoyable.

Peaceful and quiet.

Over 10 years, we have thoroughly enjoyed the Rosedale experience. The neighbours, the amazing multicultural mosaic, the amenities (whether we use them all or not), and the ADULT LIFESTYLE! We find the community well-designed, and our house to be exceptionally well designed and built. With our added finished basement, we can easily accommodate occasional friends and family, and the addition of well-placed assistance devices will allow us to live here comfortably for some time. Even our gardens are a perfect little oasis in good weather and nice to look at from beside the fireplace in less than ideal weather. Security is sometimes a challenge, but we continue to learn what it takes to make it work. Cannot think of anywhere we would rather be.

In November of 2010, we moved into Rosedale Village. My wife, in her wisdom, suggested that we put up the outside Christmas lights rather than unpack the myriad of boxes in the garage. As we proceeded to decorate the house, a number of people were walking by and came up to welcome us. We met more new neighbors in those two hours than we knew in the 26 years at our previous home. All these wonderful people continue to be close friends. The beauty of this community is that you can be as busy as you want or just chill out on your porch and enjoy the lifestyle!

It facilitated a comfortable lifestyle for our elderly mother. We do not have to shovel the driveway during snowfalls, nor do we have to manicure the lawn. We learned to play golf. The gym and swimming pool are ideal for exercise. We incorporate walks around the village as part of our exercise routine. We made use of the clubhouse facilities to host family functions - both the North Lounge and the Auditorium. The clubhouse personnel are very courteous and polite.

Rosedale is a fabulous village for those who want an adult living environment with all the great amenities in their neighborhood of 2-bedroom homes. So many volunteers keep an abundance of activities to keep adults engaged. It’s a village that reminds me of the kind in England, where everyone helps each other, and you always feel safe in this welcoming gated community.

I love Rosedale Village as I feel secure living here with my family. There is a beautiful scenic view just behind my condo’s balcony. Every morning when I wake up, I love looking at the nature with a lot of greenery all around. Then there are all amenities available that keep us healthy and socially active.

We have lived in Rosedale for over 12 years. We believe we moved into Paradise with all the good experiences we enjoy virtually every day. Best of all, the programs for fitness and social gatherings have been most interesting. Both of us are advanced age seniors but are fully mobile and in good health, thanks to Rosedale.

A young couple moved in during COVID, and we love the community. We cherish all our neighbors, as everyone has been so welcoming and kind. Being part of the community is a joy, and everyone takes pride in our building and its history. The multitude of activities and events organized by the community is wonderful to see.

Rosedale has provided us with the opportunity to mingle with a similar age group of like-minded people. With so many different activities going on, we are able to select what interests us. Rosedale helps us stay away from being alone. The best part is being with friends without having to travel long distances!

I really enjoy the security check at the entry that makes me feel safe, in a clean and welcoming locality. I can go out for a walk (summer/winter) even in the middle of the night and feel completely safe.

There are so many individual favorites, community events, and activities that Rosedale Village provides; it is overwhelming. The reassurance of knowing that in the summer, my grass will be cut, and in the winter, the snow and ice will be removed. The peace and quiet serenity is unexplainable. Feeling safe and secure is bar none. The best decision I ever made for finding the perfect home.

Peace of mind is how I will describe Rosedale Village. The ability to be in your home and not be afraid to go outside anytime, day or night. Having the flexibility to go on vacation without worrying about getting someone to cut your grass or shovel snow. The social network is fabulous, from dances to learning to play Pickleball. We love Rosedale Village because people here are very friendly, and we feel safe living here. We love the surroundings, parks, and the streets, which are very well maintained. It’s nice to have our golf course, gym, library, tennis courts, especially the indoor swimming pool. Our two grandchildren visit us every weekend, and they love to go swimming. The clubhouse is nicely situated in the middle of Rosedale Village and is very well maintained inside and out. The staff at the clubhouse are very friendly and helpful. Rosedale Village is easily accessible to Highway 410, which is connected to all major highways. We’ve been living here for the past 13 years and have never thought of moving out. If anyone likes to play golf and enjoy retirement with the friendliest people, we recommend Rosedale Village.

We have been long-time Brampton residents. When all of our children left home, our house felt too big and lonely for just the two of us. We were not sure where we wanted to live but wanted to remain close to our grandchildren. As we looked in Rosedale, I was so impressed by the beautiful landscaping and design of the bungalows. We instantly fell in love with our home and the area. In no time, we met all of our neighbors and started interacting. Eventually, we joined the Entertainment Committee and participate in all of the events. My husband plays golf, and we enjoy the Fitness Center. My list goes on about all of the positives! I encourage all of our friends to think about spending their retirement here.

I like Rosedale for various reasons. Firstly, the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Secondly, it offers many avenues for amusement. Lastly, it is well-maintained, and the surroundings are beautiful. Another significant feature of the community is the security that is offered by the village.

Rosedale Village is such a beautiful place to live because of the friendly and caring neighbours. Driving or walking through Rosedale is a wonderful experience because of the gardens and properties that are so beautifully kept. The Gatehouse entrance gives everyone a great feeling of safe, secure living, and privacy. You can sit on your porch and enjoy the quiet or chat with your neighbors. The golf course is excellent, and the clubhouse has all kinds of activities, lots of entertainment, and trips.

We moved to Rosedale 7 years ago and have never regretted it. There is a lot to like in Rosedale. The main reason we chose Rosedale, in the first place, was the fact that we did not have to mow the grass, clear the snow, rake the leaves, and that we are close to stores and hospitals. Our satisfaction with the place grew the more we participated in the numerous activities (golf, pickleball, bocce, tennis, lawn bowling, shuffleboard, etc). Through these activities, we made lasting friends. We feel safe, and we promote Rosedale every occasion we have. We also have a nice gym, swimming pool, and an auditorium which is being used for many social activities (dance, shows, inside sports like shuffleboard and pickleball). The sporting facilities are excellent and well-maintained. The condo fees are reasonable given all the facilities that are available to us. There are rules in place to maintain certain standards, which are essential to keep Rosedale properties nice and clean.

First and foremost, we must say the peace of not having lots of traffic, cleanliness, and we came here for the safety as well. Our neighbours are wonderful.

We have lived in Rosedale Village for about 10 years, and the lifestyle is perfect for us. We enjoy many activities, including tennis, pickleball, golf, cycling, and cards. We also appreciate the safety and peace and quiet in our neighbourhood. We have made many new friends. Rosedale truly has something for everyone. We love living here.

Very friendly people and a lot of activities for seniors.

We moved to Rosedale after my husband was diagnosed with MS. We needed a main floor with a main bedroom and a home that could accommodate his needs. With the aid of his golf cart, he was able to get out and continue his love of golf. His neurologist joked about bottling what was making him look healthier and younger. What makes this community special is that people are warm and welcoming. You can be as active and social as you want. People genuinely love and care for this community—heck, we even decorate our stop signs!

What we like about Rosedale: simply everything. It is a one-stop shopping experience. We feel safe and secure living here. Our neighbours are our close friends who look out for each other. We never pass anyone on the streets without waving a hello to them. Everyone is super friendly. Our favorite activities are only steps away from home; golf, tennis, swimming, to name a few. There are also numerous activities going on at the clubhouse. Our favorite is Tai Chi.

The other residents are so friendly, and there are so many activities; from the Clubhouse, outdoor activities in the summer, the golf club, and the travel club. We even got to enjoy a trip to NYC with other residents.

I love Rosedale Village because it’s a beautiful, quiet gated community. People are warm, and the amenities are always kept up to date and clean. I’ve been here for over a year, and I’m pretty happy! I’ve used my building's party room, the Clubhouse’s North lounge, the gym, and the swimming pool. I’ve had great experiences with everything!

I've been here for 13 years and love it. I feel safe and secure. It is quiet here because there is no cross traffic or motorcycles zipping through. The best part is they cut your grass, trim your bushes, and shovel the snow on your driveway and your walkway right to your front door. The clubhouse and its activities (many are free) are an added bonus.

As retirees, there is no shortage of things to do or people to do them with. The volunteers, events, clubhouse, golf course, and other amenities enable us to be active. We have made friends for life. Living in Rosedale Village is very luxurious with a high-maintenance style of living. It is a very prestigious gated community designed for residents’ comfort and safety. We are free from doing heavy work outside the house like mowing lawns and shoveling snow. We enjoy the freedom that village life brings us, participating in services such as exercise, dancing classes, and other sports for good health. We have happy hours like joining trip excursions and shopping services. Whatever your interest, you will have the opportunity from this community, like taking a walk within this area, which is very relaxing and very safe as we take things easy. Our privacy is being respected.

I moved into Rosedale about 4 years ago with my wife. This was the best decision we made. We feel comfortable living in the condominium. Residents in the condominium are very friendly, along with other residents in other condominiums and homes. I have made a lot of new friends since I have been here. The grounds are always kept clean, and during the winter months, cleaning the snow is the first priority. I always recommend my friends to come and see the lifestyle here. With all the access we have to the pool, gym room, tennis courts, etc., it’s a good selection. As for golf, I don’t golf. Staff at the front office are very friendly and helpful. Security is great as well, as I feel really safe living here. I like how the Property Manager keeps us informed of new developments at Rosedale. Rosedale offers coffee days, dancing, music, and other fun stuff throughout the year. I would highly recommend the Adult Living lifestyle at Rosedale.

I feel free as a bird. I welcome every morning with a big smile. No more weeding the garden with my aching knees. I love walking around; it’s so peaceful, like a bit of heaven in this corner of Brampton. My husband and I love this place, meeting people in our age group, listening to their journey of life. I really feel this is what retirement should be like; Rosedale is the perfect place to retire and dream. The Clubhouse has so many activities where you can indulge your passion for every kind of activity. Before choosing Rosedale, we did look at some other places, but what Rosedale was offering was far ahead. I am very happy with my choice.

The area is beautiful, and most of all, the residents are very friendly. Also, there are a number of activities to accommodate everybody, and generally, the village is a safe place to live.

When we retired, we wanted to downsize our home. We looked for a new house that was reduced in size but would allow us a spacious living space. When we found Rosedale, we liked the idea of an upstairs loft and our bedroom on the main level. Since our purchase, we found many activities that we love that are available at no charge to the residents. There is an exercise area with machines and an indoor swimming pool. During the summer, we have enjoyed the executive golf course, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, lawn bowling, and the many paths through Rosedale to take a daily stroll. There are also many indoor activities we have participated in during the cold winter months. Some of them that we have enjoyed are numerous types of card games, bingo, indoor pickleball, indoor shuffleboard, and two pool tables. There are many residents our age, and we have made many new friends. We also appreciate that the community is gated, which makes our home safer from crime. Rosedale has people that mow the lawn in the summer and clear the snow in the winter. We believe that we have made a good choice and are enjoying our retirement in this active community.

When we decided to downsize, we wanted a bungaloft, with all the necessary rooms on the main level and rooms upstairs for guests. We’ve been VERY happy with our decision. Not only do we have a home we love but we’ve made so many wonderful friends. The number of activities is in abundance. We’ve enjoyed bus trips, swimming ourselves & with our grandchildren, cards, shuffleboard, lawn bowling, golf & pickleball. Most of these activities were new to us in our retirement. The other residents were welcoming and eager to teach us. Rosedale is a very socially active community, and the friendships we've made extend past the organized activities.

I have to say I was somewhat hesitant about returning to Brampton to live after spending many years living in the country, with the peace and quiet and natural beauty. However, a friend of mine invited me to Rosedale to play some pickleball and I can honestly say as soon as I drove through the gates, I knew this was where I wanted to live. I was immediately attracted to how well kept all the open spaces and lots were kept, how clean everything looked and, as an avid pickleball player delighted at the quality of the courts. The whole feel reminded me of gated communities I had vacationed at in Florida and Arizona in the past. It took about 6 months for the right unit to come up for sale but when it did, I snapped it up. I have now lived in Rosedale for just over 18 months and can honestly say I love it here. Now as I drive through the gates, I feel so comfortable and secure, it's as if I've left the hustle and bustle of the rest of Brampton miles behind. I have had many friends come to visit and most say they had no idea that this community existed but without exception they are always amazed at how beautiful the area is, and often say when they are ready to downsize this is where they will come.

I love our village because it is quiet and safe. Though it is quiet, we have a lot of activities we can participate in to keep ourselves busy. I highly recommend that we keep this village an adult-only community. It is a fitting place for retired and/or about-to-retire people who have worked so hard with a busy work life and can have a quiet and peaceful retired life. We love this place because it’s quiet, secure, and peaceful. We have been living here for 13 years. This is our third house in Rosedale. First, we bought at Locust, then Jazzberry, and now Overlea. It has been a wonderful experience. We love it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a resort life just without the ocean at your reach.

In just one short year, we have met and become friends with so many people. This is a community where people care for each other, have respect for each other, and a community where you feel safe walking down the street. The grounds and gardens are well maintained, and there is pride of ownership. This is the best move we could have made.

I feel very safe in the village and am thankful for being able to keep fit by participating in all the activities, especially love playing Pickleball. Since the outside of the house is all maintained by the village, we have the time to do as many activities as we can. I also enjoy the long walks in the summertime and chatting with our neighbours. We even walk at midnight in summertime. It’s that safe. I also enjoy the special events that happen in the Clubhouse. Overall, this is a great concept for retired people. Love living in Rosedale.

As a retired adult, Rosedale Village encourages a healthy lifestyle with all of the amenities outdoors (golf course, walking trails, tennis/pickleball courts, lawn bowling, etc.) and indoors (gym, swimming pool, health and wellness club, multicultural club, book club, etc.), all well-maintained for our safety and encouraged to be used for our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Our family and friends often comment on how peaceful and beautiful it is in our village. It feels like being on a resort. Our home is well-built, and the design appeals to all our visitors. The staff at the Clubhouse and gatehouse are very friendly and make our visitors feel very welcome. We held a number of family events at the Clubhouse and felt very comfortable with the professionalism and security we experienced. We are very happy to call Rosedale Village our home and look forward to the maintenance and security and, most of all, the peaceful nature of living here.

I have lived in Rosedale for more than 17 years and love it here. I have served on a board for 8 years, so I understand how things run. I have and still do participate in several activities. I love the fact that there is a choice, and you can be as socially active as you like or as quiet as you choose. Rosedale is a community that makes it easy to make friends and have fun. As Rosedale grows, I hope new residents will learn to love the lifestyle and join in socially. Part of the reason Rosedale has remained such an inviting community is the fact that there are rules that the majority of residents follow. Without everyone’s cooperation, this would not be the village that it has become.

Rosedale Village, with all the available activities, is an idyllic place for our active retired lifestyle. When we decided to retire, we were looking for a place that had bungalow-type houses with all the maintenance of the property looked after, and Rosedale Village fit the bill to a T. With all the activities from golf, tennis to pickleball, our days are filled with not only healthy activities but also with lots of fun. The Clubhouse provides a great venue for various events where we were able to form great friendships. Moving into Rosedale community five years ago was one of the best decisions we have made in our lives. Highly recommend this lifestyle to all who are looking for a great place to retire.

I love ❤️ Rosedale Village; it is safe, cozy, and the residents are amazing and helpful. The neighbours are friendly, and since my Mom and I came here with my Dad, we needed a townhouse bungalow to call home, and we found that here. Unfortunately, one day before my birthday, my Dad passed away, and everyone was there for my mom and me. We love this place, and to live in a secure place is very great.

We have lived in Rosedale for 10 years now and are proud to call it our home. We have met many incredible people and enjoy the fabulous variety of amenities that are available to participate in. A shout-out goes to the management staff who are attentive to any concern we may have within Rosedale, the staff at the Clubhouse, Golf Course, and security who are courteous and professional, and to Rock Solid Stonescapes Inc. to Joe and his staff who expertly maintained the grounds of our phase, keeping things in great shape. All in all, it is the people within the Villages of Rosedale that make it easy to call it home.

I Love Rosedale Village because: 1.It is perfect for those who are retired or over 55 years of age, with plenty of interesting activities, golf, darts, dances, and friendly neighbours, etc. Etc.! 2, I feel safe in Rosedale Village. Friendly neighbors keep watch to ensure no one is in need of help or companionship in times of stress! We are thankful for the help and kindness we have received from our neighbours over the years since moving to the Village. 3. I breathe a sigh of relief every time I drive through the gate. Such a change from driving in the GTA. 4. Rosedale Village has a lot of RULES. This is good, and the whole village is well-kept, neat, and tidy. That is a big contrast to other parts of Brampton and the GTA, which are in decay! 5. I am proud to be a resident of this great community which continues to flourish! The residents have a great ongoing commitment to volunteering.

We love how quiet the complex is; you can go walking at any time of the day or night without being afraid of being attacked by someone. Most of the residents are very pleasant, and neighbours are nice. The amenities are perfect, with lots of outdoor activities, and I recently started playing golf and loved it so much I play almost every day, sometimes twice a day when possible. Looking forward to be here for a very long time. Lastly, the yard maintenance is making life so much easier, especially during the winter months. Loving the Rosedale Village life.

In the year 2021, I underwent major surgery and made the move to Rosedale Village in April 2021 – the best decision of our lives. The community is nice, clean, and safe, with most people being very friendly. We engage in summer games and appreciate the amenities like the gym, pool, and golf course. I'll be honest, maintenance costs are a bit high, but it is entirely worth it. It's important to note that this place may not be suitable for young people with kids

My wife and I love this place. We are renters and Rosedale has taken us under their wing and treated us as owners. We love the golf and being close to the great Clubhouse.
