FULL HOME MONITORING

Every house features a multi-purpose, expandable security system with monitoring capabilities, including smart home automations, water leak detection, video surveillance, remote door lock access, remote thermostat controls, remote lighting controls and more.

STATE-OF-THE-ART SECURITY NETWORK

The community features 45 strategically placed 4K high-definition cameras for remote security monitoring and data capture.

CONTINUOUS ACCESS CONTROL

Rosedale Village’s Gatehouse is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. The hustle and bustle of the broader world really is left outside the gates.

REGISTERED ACCESS

Each resident’s access into community is expedited through the gate with state-of-the-art, uniquely coded, RFID headlamp tags.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Guests/services’ entrance into Rosedale Village is controlled by professional gate attendants, who call homeowners to verify the visitor’s identity and request permission to allow access. Planned guests can be reported in advance to the gate attendant to further expedite processing and bypass phone call permissions. All entry and exit gates are also equipped with License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras that provide a log of all vehicles coming and going from the community.

PATROL AND ENFORCE

Random night patrols throughout the week enforce the community’s parking rules and ensure residents and guests are adhering to guidelines and respecting their neighbours.

EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE

Rapid Emergency Services entry using yelp sirens for first responders (ambulance/fire department/police) to ensure assistance is received in as timely a manner as possible.

MEMBERS-ONLY AMENITY ACCESS

Uniquely coded RFIF identification cards provide admission to Rosedale Village’s Clubhouse, Gym, Pool and Changerooms.
